基本情况
尹佳，女，1983年6月生，博士，副教授。主要研究领域：天然产物功能性食品研发、功能性食品生产工艺设计等。近年来主持吉林省教育厅项目1项，企业横向项目4项，发表科研、教研论文30余篇，其中SCI论文3篇。主持省级、校级教学研究项目3项。
